FSBMC  is committed to preserving your privacy. FSBMC will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information. If you choose to provide such information,  FSBMC will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information to third parties, unless specifically and voluntarily provided and authorized by you. 

When you respond to an Action Alert, personal information may be submitted with the Action Alert. In this case, the personal information will only be collected and submitted if specifically and voluntarily provided and authorized by you.

FSBMC  does not maintain credit card information. However, when you make a donation to  FSBMC , we collect contact information and use this to keep you abreast of our future work and related information that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive materials from  FSBMC , you can email cfsbm@yahoo.com to be removed from our list.

While  FSBMC  will make every attempt to protect the personal information that you share with us, the use of electronic mail (email) is not secure against interception. You should take steps to assure yourself that your communication is protected.

FSBMC ’s policies and procedures establish certain requirements that must be followed by all volunteers, staff members, and Board members in using and disclosing individually identifiable health information of our clients and patients.
